What you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, text, email or phone us, we receive what you send. That is usually your name, business name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about your business.
What is collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic details about each visit: the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the general area you are in, and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics for this. We also record when someone taps a phone number or email link or submits a form, so we know which pages lead to enquiries. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses.
What we do not collect here. We do not ask for card or bank details on this site. Invoices are paid through our billing provider, which handles the payment details.
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
The first time you visit, a notice lets you accept or decline. If you decline, analytics is switched off in your browser and its cookies are removed. Your answer is saved in your browser so we do not ask again.
Two pages load tools from other companies: our booking page loads the Calendly scheduler and our contact page shows a Google map. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we use it to reply and to send messages about your enquiry or your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their part:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public. If the business is ever sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner under these same terms.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. We keep client records for as long as we work together, plus the period the law requires for tax and accounting. Analytics data is stored by Google under the retention setting on our account.
Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you additional rights. We honor valid requests wherever you are.
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We protect information with encrypted connections and by limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
This site links to client websites, social networks and review pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
